This
residence was built using Timberpeg wood frame construction. The Douglas Fir post and beam construction was done using
mortise and tenon joints held together by oak pegs, hence the name “Timberpeg”. Walls and roof are then
built on the outside of the wood frames and pine tongue and groove boards were used as an interior finish. After the completion
of this project; the client referred his brother who we then built another Timberpeg home for, which can be seen featured
on our home page.
