This
consisted of an addition and renovation to an existing skilled nursing facility in Nebraska City. Three new wings were
built in a phased fashion and an existing wing was renovated to include a Chapel room with skylight. The new construction
formed an outdoor interior courtyard with landscaping, benches and a gazebo. All work was done while the facility remained
operational.
