The John Deere project was a new 38,000 s.f. building on a new
site using steel frame construction. The building was divided into two parts, a sales office and shop bay consisting
of 12 mechanic areas, a wash bay and an outdoor dynometer. In floor radiant heating was used in the project as you will
notice in the lower photo with the red Pex tubing.
